We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

We primarily operate by appointment to ensure the best experience for all clients. However, we do accommodate walk-ins when availability permits. We recommend calling ahead to check same-day availability.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cash, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). We also offer gift cards that can be purchased online or in-salon.

Yes! We offer complimentary valet parking for all guests. Simply pull up to our entrance and our valet will assist you. Street parking is also available but limited in our area.

While we love children, our salon is designed as a peaceful retreat for adults. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements for your appointment time. We do offer special mother-daughter services by appointment.
